We ship Australia-wide, including all major cities and regional areas. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Partner
We partner with Transdirect to handle all deliveries. Orders are dispatched daily to ensure timely delivery.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro Areas: 2–5 business days.
- Regional Areas: 5–10 business days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or public holidays.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These costs are non-refundable.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the Transdirect website.
7. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@platefullyyours.com.au or call 1300 309 716. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Platefully Yours is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@platefullyyours.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist you in resolving the issue.
